THIS IS AN EXPERIENCED LEVEL JOB – Pay Range = $60,000 - $80,000

Job description:

We are seeking a talented individual with an analytical mind and attention to detail to join our marketing team. As a Marketing Analyst, you'll be part of our dynamic creative team, interacting with marketing directors, digital channel managers, and digital channel associates. The successful candidate, your primary responsibility will be:

Manage many aspects of data analytics and other aspects of marketing. The candidate will analyzes data to help make better business decisions. They will study market conditions, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to help decide what products and services to sell, to which customers, and at what price. This position will also help implement marketing strategies and campaigns, and evaluate the effectiveness of those. The ideal candidate will be a team player, capable of juggling multiple projects and adhering to tight schedules with enthusiasm and grace. The ability to collaborate, listen and incorporate other people's ideas and feedback is a must. This is a highly rewarding position, with the opportunity to work on high-profile marketing campaigns and help drive key digital media advertising for the company. This position may also need to be able to clearly and succinctly report on the monthly numbers to executives and department heads. This position will need to be able to slow down and check on performance and other critical data multiple times a week. We're passionate about pushing the boundaries of digital marketing, so as a part of our team we'll want hear your input and ideas. But listening well is also a critical skill. We expect - and equip - our team members to stay on the leading edge of design and technology trends. Extensive outside the box training and continued development of the team’s skills is a high priority. Own your 20 square feet and be willing for it to shift.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and Assist Data Analytics for the Automotive Group’s Internal marketing agency
• Build Reporting daily, weekly or as needed
• Being proficient in marketing research and data analysis
• Support Marketing Director and CTO/Director of Digital Experience
• High degree of business acumen
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
• Proven ability in handling concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy
• Create Executive overviews succinctly

Requirements:

All candidates must have the following Skill and Qualities.

• Deep knowledge of Excel and Data Sets
• Business Intelligence Tool Understanding
• A/B Testing: Ability to conduct and interpret results from A/B tests to understand results.

Additional Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience with a track record of development and growth
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability and willingness to learn new programs and systems fairly quickly.
• High attention to detail and accuracy required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a Team.
• Ability to work through interruptions.
• Strong organizational skills.
• A great attitude and a desire to learn in an ever changing fast pace landscape.

Soft Skills:

• Communication: Ability to effectively communicate strategies, insights, and results to stakeholders or team members.
• Adaptability: The digital marketing landscape changes rapidly. An SEM & Paid Social Manager must be willing to adapt to new tools, strategies, and platform changes.
